We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time or to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case by case basis. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice at the sole discretion of us. We have the right to discontinue any product at any given time.
SHIPPING
All items ships directly from Lagos Nigeria. We ship to all destinations within Nigeria .Domestic orders are shipped via local dispatch companies.
All lagos orders take approx 1-3 working days and other order locations takes 3-7 days. However, rest assured we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present at the given address to accept your delivery. If no one is available, delivery will be re-attempted (this may warrant an extra charge).
The price of delivery would be communicated as you make your order, this is because of the frequent fluctuations in the price of delivery but be rest assured we offerthe best and affordable delivery service.
Please note that there may generally be an increase in delivery time frame in the case of unforeseen circumstances, violence, unrest or public holidays. Delivery time can also be increased as a result of bad weather, closure of access routes or a spike in delivery volume from sales or peak periods. Please bear with us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since we operate independently and items are made in small batches, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds.We’ll always ensure that your piece is made as close to the picture displayed as possible but please, note that all pieces are made by hand and slight imperfections are to be expected due to the nature of hand made works. Please give room for these imperfections should there be any.
Any huge production flaw that will cause a defect or alter the lifespan of your piece is out of tolerance and will not be shipped. With this in mind, should there be other reasons you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange provided the item is unworn, undamaged and in it’s original tags and package it was sent. Kindly initiate an exchange request within 24hours if the order is within lagos and 48 hours outside lagos after receipt of item by sending an email to Thriftandreform@gmail.com and a return authorisation will be sent to you after inspection.Once your item has been received by us, you’ll be notified subsequently by email when the exchange item has been processed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
